Tour Overview
The Lhasa 4-Day Tour is a classic introduction to the cultural heart of Tibet. This itinerary includes visits to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites — the majestic Potala Palace and the sacred Jokhang Temple — as well as key spiritual and cultural landmarks such as Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka, the former summer residence of the Dalai Lamas.
During this immersive cultural journey, you will explore the inner chambers of the Potala Palace, follow in the footsteps of devoted pilgrims at Jokhang Temple, and stroll through the lively Barkhor Bazaar — where you can sip traditional Tibetan sweet tea, sample local yak yogurt, and try your hand at bargaining with local vendors for souvenirs. You’ll also witness the vibrant monk debates at Sera Monastery, a dramatic and time-honored tradition of Tibetan Buddhist learning.
This tour is ideal for travelers who wish to discover Tibet’s rich heritage, spirituality, and local life in a compact and well-guided experience.
